Gary Nitzkin

Attorney Gary D. Nitzkin is Michigan’s largest filer of lawsuits under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. His firm, Michigan Consumer Credit Lawyers has represented hundreds of consumers and helped them get relief from annoying debt collectors and their telephone calls. He has also helped numerous consumers clean up their credit reports and increase their credit scores while obtaining damages from the banks, lender and credit reporting agencies that had damaged their credit reports.

Gary Nitzkin graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Business. He graduated from Wayne State Law School in 1987 and went on to become a certified public accountant. After forming Michigan Consumer Credit Lawyers and standing up for the rights of many consumers, he brought his brand of consumer justice to Arizona and formed Credit Repair Lawyers of America in Arizona.

In his off time, Gary enjoys sailing, bicycling, reading, and karate.

Trinette G. Kent

Trinette G. Kent earned her law degree from Loyola Law School in 2002. She began her legal career at the California law firm of Shernoff, Bidart, Echeverria & Bentley, representing consumers against insurance companies. She later moved to Arizona and was admitted to the Arizona bar. Trinette worked at Surrano Law Offices, again handling insurance bad faith litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. She opened Kent Law Offices in 2010 with her husband and continued practicing insurance bad faith. In 2012, she began suing debt collectors for violations of the FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA. Trinette now devotes the majority of her practice to representing consumers in litigation disputes against debt collectors, creditors, and telemarketers.
